BOHDAN HONCHARENKO

The Shoemaker.

Long before comfort enters the conversation, Bohdan wants you to look. Trained in traditional shoemaking and now based in Paris, the designer creates footwear that exists somewhere between industrial design and sculpture. Inspired by the radical visions of Rick Owens, Alexander McQueen, and Yohji Yamamoto, he embraces monumentality, purity of line, and constant experimentation to produce forms that challenge the familiar. More than accessories, his shoes are objects of contemplation—designed to awaken the same fascination that first led him to the craft itself.

Shoes, in Bohdan's universe, are monuments in miniature.
